Made from the best quality compounds, Evershine Hoses are suitable for general services involving air. Though being economical they have all the qualities of a high quality hose. They are Produced in accordance with the specifications and standards i.e. (IS, BS, EN or ISO). The hose can also be provided in specific lengths with fittings.

Technical Specifications

CONSTRUCTION LINING: Uniform seamless lining made from a blend of natural and synthetic rubber compound. In addition, for Type-3 hoses lining is resistant to oil mist.

REINFORCEMENT: Piles of woven textile or braiding of high strength synthetic fiber.

COVER: Smooth or cloth-marked finish, abrasion and weather resistant natural rubber compound.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: - 31 F to + 158F

LENGTH: The Hose above 25MM sizes are mostly available in 20 Mtrs and made on Mandrel. Moulded braided hoses in continuous lengths

COLOR: Red, Blue, Green, Black, Grey, Yellow.

SAFETY FACTOR:1 :3 (W.P 200/300 PSI : B.P 600/900 PSI) or 1:4 (W.P 200 PSI : B.P 800 PSI)
